The manufacturer’s warranty terms apply for new devices. We will gladly inform you individually and in accordance to the chosen new device.
All used instruments of Labexchange are subject to a technical inspection before delivery and will be supplied only, when they function perfectly well. The verification and functionability is documented by a service report of an independent service company. The Labexchange Fullguarantee is 60 days from delivery date. Malfunctions occurring within the warranty period will be corrected by us free of charge. (Valid for countries within the EU and CH)
Our certificate of operativeness ensures a technically perfect condition.

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, an additional fee of 70,00€ for export is charged. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.
We do not accept payment by credit card, letter of credit, PayPal, etc. In each case the invoice amount is payable without deduction. Discount is not granted.

Muffle furnaces with fibre -insulated chambers
High accuracy laboratory electric furnaces with fibre -insulated chambers that are intended for hardening, loosening, normalising , and other thermal processing processes up to a temperature of 1100 °C or 1300 °C. The furnaces include ceramic hearth plates. To eliminate gasses or smoke that are released during thermal processing, ventilation hatches and an exhaust system may be additionally installed in the products. The furnaces are an excellent fit for scientific laboratories, educational institutions, medicine, and industry.
