This purified Shimadzu TOC 5000A Total Carbon Organic Analyzer includes an ASI-5000A autosampler. The system is delivered in its current condition. The pretreatment for IC includes an automatic blow-off function. Ultra-high purity air or oxygen gas is used as the carrier gas under a supply pressure of around 6 kgf/cm² (maximum 7 kgf/cm²) and a flow rate of 150 mL/min (300 mL/min including blow-off). Data processing includes linearization of the detector signal, baseline correction, peak detection and area calculation. Data includes calculation of concentration through one to four point calibration curve; automatic selection of the best calibration curve; Storage of up to 18 calibration curves; automatic exclusion of anomalous values and automatic reanalysis/recalculation; Calculate standard deviation and coefficient of variation and automatically reanalyze with a different measurement range and/or different sample volume if the answer is outside the measurement range.
