The Shimadzu Prominence HPLC systems offer exceptional reliability and great expandability to support a wide range of applications including standard, ultra-fast and preparative LC, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), ion chromatography and LC/MS. The Shimadzu Prominence HPLC achieves an exceptional level of performance in fields as diverse as pharmaceutical, biochemistry, chemistry, environmental and food industries. This fully refurbished and tested Binary HPLC system consists of the following modules and offers a powerful, cost-effective solution for your laboratory: DGU-20A3 solvent degasser, LC-20AT pump x 2, SIL-20AC HT autosampler, CTO-20AC column preparation, SPD-20A UV/Vis detector and another DGU-20A3 solvent degasser. Fluoroethylene membrane is used with an internal capacity of 0.4 mL and three solvent capacities. The LC-20AT pump is a dual pump system that provides a high pressure mixing system. The SIL-20AC HT autosampler has an injection volume of 0.1 to 100 µL, a sample temperature control of 4°C to 40°C and a capacity of 175 (1mL vials), 70 (1.5mL vials), 50 (4mL vials). The CTO-20AC column oven has a temperature control of 10°C below room temperature up to 85°C. The SPD-20A UV/Vis detector offers exceptional sensitivity (noise level 0.5 x 10-5 AU) and high linearity (2.5AU) with a wavelength range of 190 to 700nm. Options available include Klarity data processing software (acquisition and post-processing only) and Klarity control software for complete system control via PC and CBM-20A (Lite) card.
