The refurbished Shimadzu Nexera UHPLC is fully equipped with a Nexera SIL-30AC autosampler, two Nexera LC-30AD pumps, a DGU-20A5 prominence degasser (product number 228-45019-32) and a CBM-20A controller. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: SPD-M20A, CTO-30A, CTO-20AC, rack changer and FRC-10A. LC-30AD: This dual parallel piston model delivers excellent microflow rate performance and enables stable dispensing over a wide range of flow rates, from 0. 0001 to 3. 0000 mL/min (with a maximum operating pressure of 130 MPa) or from 3. 001 to 5. 000 mL/min (with a maximum operating pressure of 80 MPa). Its high pressure capacity is well suited for the use of long columns with microparticles. Even with sudden concentration changes, it enables precise solution delivery, which is desirable for ultra-fast gradient chromatography. SIL-30AC: The SIL-30AC autosampler with total volume injection features a pressure tolerance of 130 MPa and the world's fastest sample injection (10 seconds), which significantly reduces the overall cycle time. It is equipped with automatic pretreatment and overlapping functions as standard and has an optional loop injection method to minimize the warpage volume. By reducing the needle contact area, special coatings, surface treatments and a new needle seal, the SIL-30AC reaches a new level of low carryover performance, which is particularly advantageous in LCMSMS analyses. In addition, the included sample cooler has a dehumidification function for storing samples at a constant temperature between 4°C and 40°C. (Shimadzu UFLC XR)
