This system is used to analyze the size of DNA and RNA samples and offers convenient analytical operation. It achieves analysis costs comparable to those of agarose gel electrophoresis and can perform fully automated analyses of up to 108 samples. With optimized reagent kits (four types for DNA analysis and one type for RNA analysis), the system achieves high resolution and sensitivity. It can significantly improve the workflow for mutation testing in genome editing and genotyping. Sample holder: compatible with 96-well PCR plates and 12-/8-strip PCR tubes (recommended product from Shimadzu).
