The Roche Innovatis / Scharf System Casy TTC Cell Counter & Analyser System from 2006 is in excellent condition and is pre-calibrated to use capillaries with diameters of 45, 60 and 150 micrometers. The TTC model offers improved viability testing compared to the less sensitive and more difficult to standardize trypan blue exclusion test by using a highly standardized procedure to exclude cells from the analysis. It enables detailed analyses such as cell counting, measurements of cell volume, degree of aggregation and cell size distribution, which is essential for long-term monitoring of biological processes, optimization of cell cultivation methods and comparability of measurement data across different users, days and laboratories. The Casy Cell Counter + Analyser systems meet the requirements for fast and standardized monitoring of cell cultures. The CASY® technology, which has been established for decades, guarantees precision and reproducibility, supported by a calibration of the measuring devices that is stable for life and certified by the factory. Application-specific settings enable efficient work and objective results.
