Description. The innovative QIAcube controls fully integrated components such as a centrifuge, a fixed shaker, a pipetting system and a robotic gripper. These enable the QIAcube to process more than 40 QIAGEN column sets fully automatically. Standard settings for various protocols for the purification of RNA, genomic DNA, plasmid DNA, viral nucleic acids and proteins as well as for the purification of DNA and RNA are already pre-installed in the QIAcube. All standard protocols in the expandable area can be downloaded free of charge. In addition, individually tailored protocols tailored to your specific requirements can be requested. The QIAcube is ideal for academic research laboratories and pharmaceutical, biotechnology and biomedical research laboratories that perform applications such as sequencing/sequence analysis, gene expression analysis, genotyping and proteomics.
