The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.
Terms of payment

Zur Bestimmung der Entwässerungsgeschwindigkeit von Faser-, Holzschliff- und Holzstoffen
Versuchsbeschreibung
Faserstoff (2 g atro) werden in Wasser fein verteilt und in die Füllkammer, die mit dem Dichtungskegel verschlossen ist, eingefüllt.
Mit dem Schnellverschluß wird der Dichtungskegel vom Füllkammerboden abgehoben und die Suspension kann nun durch das sich am Boden der Füllkammer befindliche Sieb "fallen".
Je nach Zustand der Fasersuspension "fällt" das Wasser mehr oder weniger schnell in die Scheidekammer, wo ein seitlicher Abfluß direkt in einen Mahlgradbecher mündet.
Im Mahlgradbecher wird das Wasser aufgefangen und gibt den Mahlgrad in °SR an. Dabei entsprechen 10 ml Wasser 1°SR.
Zu beachten ist, daß immer mit derselben Wasserhärte gemessen werden sollte, da Wasserhärtemessungen mit demselben Stoff erhebliche Unterschiede im Meßergebnis zur Folge haben.
Gerätebeschreibung
In einem Stativ ist eine trichterförmige Scheidekammer mit zwei Auslauföffnungen eingesetzt. Auf der Scheidekammer ist eine Füllkammer angeordnet. Der Boden der Füllkammer ist ein Sieb mit bestimmter Maschenweite und Fläche. In der Füllkammer ist ein Dichtkegel eingesetzt, der die Füllkammer gegen die Scheidekammer abschließt, damit vor dem Versuch das Stoff-Wasser Gemisch eingefüllt werden kann. Das Ausheben des Dichtungskegels aus der Füllkammer erfolgt mittels Gegengewichten (Schnellverschluß). Er bietet gegenüber dem automatischen Mahlgradprüfer einen gewissen Kostenvorteil, ist aber im Vergleich bei der Bedienung etwas umständlicher.
Definition
Der Schopper Riegler Wert (°SR) ist ein Maß des Entwässerungsverhaltens für einen in Wasser suspendierten Faserstoff und wird gemäß dem im ZM V/7/61 festgelegten Verfahren bestimmt.
