Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

We do not accept payment by letter of credit, PayPal, etc. In each case the invoice amount is payable without deduction. Discount is not granted.

The HPLC-Pump PN 1121 is a dual piston solvent delivery system. lt works with short piston strake technology and only two check valves. This results in the low pulsation of a dual piston pump combined with the reliability of a single piston pump (difficulties in solvent delivery systems caused mainly by malfunctioning of the valves).

The delivery piston works with a 2 mm stroke length, the compensation piston with 1 mm. The nearly pulseless solvent discharge of the PN 1121 results from the high stroke frequency/low stroke volume (20 µl) and the use of a compensation piston. While the delivery piston discharges the solvent volume, the compensation piston, Iocated on the pressure side, collects half of the volume. During the return movement of the delivery piston, the collected volume is discharged from the compensation piston. The microprocessor-controlled speed regulation Ieads to a highly stable speed of the motor in contrast to standard regulators, the microprocessor is able to compensate continuously the compressibility of the eluents through a computerized program.

This results in a constant volume delivery throughout the entire delivery range.The microprocessor technology also offers the possibility to handle the programming application and controlling of an instrument in a simple manner. Through the alphanumeric display, the operation parameters are shown in clear letters. The user can easily control or change the data. To simplify operation, the number of function keys is kept at a minimum.

Basically, the user has the choice between two operation modes. The delivery with "Constant Pressure" and the delivery with "Constant Flow". The operation modes can be programmed with the following parameters:

Illogical data entered by the operator will be ignored by the processors logic control and indicated by flashing of the display.
