The installation of the equipment by Labexchange brings further advantages. You thereby obtain a guarantee extension to 6 months and you have also the right to the Labexchange Repurchase Guarantee. You receive sensible laboratory equipment and analytical systems as well as much of the available laboratory hoods, already incl. installation.

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

PicoBLIST 1000S consists of three modules:
Dosing unit - packaging unit - software BES
PicoBLIST is the small but smart solution for mechanical support of patient-specific blistering "Made in Germany". It enables the production of highly flexible tubular blisters with manageable financial and technical effort.
The separation of presentation and packaging has enabled a compact, modular design, so that the elements can be easily integrated into existing pharmacy rooms.
Your manual setting processes are technologically supported by PicoBLIST and fully documented by the software.
The dosing unit
Setting takes place in the separate dosing unit after the recipe data has been sent via the BES software.
The dosing trays used have RFID chips for automatic identification.
Each dosing tray is assigned to an order. The dosing unit has an RFID reader that identifies the chip in the dosing tablet used.
During the placement process, the specialist is supported by LED lighting of the target compartments and a graphic display on the screen.
The packaging unit
The packaging unit is designed in such a way that the medicines fall directly into the bag without coming into contact with machine parts. Since the pharmaceuticals do not come into contact with a funnel or feeder during the packaging process, the greatest possible avoidance of cross-contamination is guaranteed.
There is also an RFID reader on the packaging unit, which identifies the filled dosing tray and automatically compares it with the packaging order.
All parts are easily accessible, easy to clean and always allow a visual inspection (Visual Clean). The packaging process can be checked at any time using a separate screen on the packaging unit.
The flaps are opened with a lever and the medicines fall directly into the blister tube, without falling paths and without surface contact with machine parts.

The software BES
With the BES control system, you can call up the prescription data from EDP systems, check the drug distribution and count the drugs used. Original batches can be tracked via the archive file.
BES is user-friendly, can be easily integrated into your pharmacy software, documents the processes including all necessary data and generates a bag batch number for each individual bag.
