The NuAire AireGard Energy Saver NU-201 Benchtop Horizontal Airflow Workstation is designed for work areas that require clean air. Equipped with an energy saving motor/fan, the AireGard ES NU-201 provides a HEPA filtered clean air environment for life sciences research, pharmaceutical, animal/plant process and electronics testing. Designed for smooth operation, the NU-201 workstation features a basic control system that includes simple switches for the fan, lights and outlets, and a Minihelic® meter to measure plenum performance. Ergonomics are also applied in the AireGard NU-201 systems, with a radius front work surface, a removable front grille for easy cleaning, and a 1/2" radius lip on the back of the work surface. Another benefit of the NU workstation is TruLaminar airflow, a Nuaire technology that delivers unidirectional airflow along parallel flow lines at a constant velocity of 0.30 m/s. This minimizes air turbulence in the work zone and reduces the risk of cross-contamination. The HEPEX™ zero-leak airflow system is part of the NuAire AireGard ES NU-201 workstation. The HEPEX™ plenum inflates to deliver calm, consistent air with no vibration transmission. Positive pressure chambers and ducts are surrounded by negative pressure to eliminate potential leaks and ensure a clean work environment. Additional features include germicidal UV light, base support, fluorescent lighting and six-hook IV pole, as well as stainless steel work surface and side panels. Specifications:. NU-201-430.
