Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, an additional fee of 70,00€ for export is charged. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

The BioFlo R 415 is a validated laboratory fermenter local in electric heater and direct connection to the

Water supply permits sterilization on the bench. An additional source of steam is not required.

Applications: Bacteria, yeast or fungi, in batch culture, fed-batch culture or continuous culture.

Sophisticated control station: Compact unit with powerful RPC (Reactor Process Controller) provides integrated control of up to 32 process parameters, trends up to 8 parameters simultaneously, stores up to 10 recipes, and provides built-in security features.

Includes: Large industrial touchscreen user interface with adjustable position and 15 "color display (38.1 cm); 3 integrated pumps; Control of stirrer, temperature, pH, DO, foam / level and mix of up to 4 gases; 2 USB ports and 7 analog inputs and 7 outputs for connecting additional devices.

Tank: The interchangeable, in situ sterilizable stainless steel containers are available in sizes 7.0 and 14.0 liters with a High-diameter ratio of 2: 1 and in the size 19.5 liters with a ratio of 3: 1 obtainable. The container assembly includes a top drive (magnet motor), exhaust condenser and a gas manifold assembly with SIPFiltern, foam / level probe kits and

Stirrer: The container with 7.0 and 14.0 L include 2 Rushton-type. The container with 19.5 liter capacity has 3 Rushton-type. And pitched propeller optional.

Gas flow control: By default, a thermal mass flow controller (TMFCs) (0.5-25 SLPM) * with 4 solenoid valves for gas mixing. This TMFCs can be replaced by a rotameter cost wireless or upgraded with up to 4 other TMFCs.
