Colour Corrected Infinity Optical System
Das Motic CCIS maximiert die optische Leistungsfähigkeit und Messleistung des ganzen Mikroskops.
Es kann jederzeit Zubehör angebracht werden ohne das sich dies schädlich auf die optischen Funktionen auswirkt. Optional kann dieses Mikroskop auch mit einem Phasenkontrast ausgestattet werden.
Der Mikroskopkopf ist sowohl als binokulare als auch als trinokulare Ausführung erhältlich - der Kopf ist ausgestattet mit einem eingebauten Schieber der es ermöglicht das Licht entweder in den Binokulartubus oder den Trinokular-output zu lenken.
Beide Versionen sind zudem ausgestattet mit einem WF10X/20mm Okular das ein beeindruckend weites Sehfeld ermöglicht.

Phasenkontrastmikroskopie
Die Verbindung von Motics CCIS Phasen E Plan Achromat Objektiven und dem einfachen Phasenschieber liefert Bilder mit herausragendem Kontrast - selbst bei den anspruchsvollsten Anwendungen.
Um einen einfachen und schnellen Wechsel der Vergrößerung zu gewährleisten ist ein zentrierbarer Ring für 10X- und 20X-Phasenobjektive im Phasenschieber integriert. Der mittlere Platz im Phasenschieber ist für Hellfeldmikroskopie reserviert.

Die Lichtquelle

Das Motic AE20/21 ist ausgestattet mit einem in seiner Klasse unübertroffenen 6V/30W Quartz Halogen Beleuchtungssystem, welches helles und gleichmäßiges Licht bei jeder Vergrößerung garantiert.
Das vorzentrierte System ist ausgerüstet mit einem entfernbaren Kondensator, der es erlaubt Petrischalen und Ähnliches bis zu einer Höhe von 180mm auf dem Tisch aufzulegen.

Der Mikroskoptisch und passendes Zubehör
Standardmäßig ist das AE20/21 ausgestattet mit einem festen Mikroskoptisch - es sind jedoch anbaubare Platten erhältlich um den Tisch auf beiden Seiten zu erweitern.
Der Tisch wird durch eine stark gehärtete Beschichtung gegen Abrieb und Beschädigungen geschützt.
Das Wechseln der Objektive wurde stark vereinfacht, da der Glaseinsatz des Tisches es erlaubt den Objektivrevolver zu sehen ohne das man dafür die Probe vom Tisch entfernen muss.
Ein mechanischer Tisch mit tief positionierter, koaxialer Verstelleinheit ist optional erhältich - ebenso können mehrer Einsätze, Petrischalenhalter und anderes optionales Zubehör erworben werden.
Diese Möglichkeiten der Erweiterung und das hohe Maß an Kompatibilität zeichnen das AE20/21 als ein wirklich vielseitiges Inversmikroskop aus
