Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Die Wasserbäder W1 und W3 gewährleisten eine gleichmäßige, schonende Erwärmung des Temperiergutes. Sie eignen sich speziell für das Temperieren und Eindampfen hitzeempfindlicher Stoffe und zur Destillation feuergefährlicher Stoffe, sowie für ähnliche Anwendungsfälle.

Gerätebeschreibung
Das Gerät besteht aus den Hauptgruppen Behälter und Steuerteil. Innenbehälter und Deckplatte sind aus rostfreiem Stahl hergestellt. Der Außenmantel dient der Wärmeisolation und dem Berührungsschutz. Ein reichlich dimensionierter Rohrheizkörper gewährleistet schnelle Betriebsbereitschaft durch kurze Aufheizzeiten. Das Thermometer befindet sich geschützt zwischen Innenbehälter und Außenmantel. Wasserverluste durch Verdunstung werden durch kontinuierlichen Wasserzulauf ergänzt. Der eingebaute Niveauregler gestattet eine stufenlose Niveaueinstellung von ca. 40...80 mm nutzbarer Füllhöhe. Der Auslauf und Niveauregler bilden eine Einheit. Der Temperaturregler enthält ein Flüssigkeitsausdehnungssystem mit Kapillarleitung. Ein zweites Kontaktsystem im Regler schaltet das Gerät im Störungsfall bei 10 K Übertemperatur ab.
Dem Regler ist ein elektronischer Schaltverstärker nachgeschaltet. Die Betriebszustände (Netzkontrolle, Heizen, Störung) werden durch Leuchtdioden signalisiert. An der Gehäuserückwand lassen sich Stativstäbe zur Aufnahme von Glaskolben befestigen. Beim Wasserbad W 1 ist der Stativstab des Transportes wegen geteilt ausgeführt.
Die Badöffnung wird durch unzerbrechliche Wasserbadringe aus Polypropylen abgedeckt. Ein am Wasserhahn befestigter Verteiler ermöglicht die leichte Dosierbarkeit geringer Wasserzulaufmengen. Damit entfällt das häufige Nachregulieren des Zulaufes.
