Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information
Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.
The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.
Terms of payment

Microtox ® -Testsystem
Die Leuchtkraft lumineszierender Bakterien (Microtox ® -Reagenz) wird in der zu untersuchenden Probe gegen einen Blindwert gemessen.
Besonderheit
Die Leuchtbakterien (Microtox ® -Reagenz) werden im gefriergetrockneten Zustand geliefert und sind mindestens 1 Jahr lagerfähig. Da sie mit allen Salzen dehydratisiert wurden, ist zum Hydratisieren nur reines (dest.) keimfreies Wasser erforderlich.
Microtox ® -Analysator
Ein hochgenaues, temperaturgeregeltes Photometer, dessen spektrale Empfindlichkeit auf die Wellenlänge der verwendeten Leuchtbakterien eingestellt ist.
Modell 500
Eine Weiterentwicklung des seit über 10 Jahren bewährten Microtox ® Modell 2055.
Die wichtigsten Veränderungen sind:
- automatischer Abgleich von Nullpunkt und Empfindlichkeit
- automatischer Transport der zu messenden Küvette zum Photomultiplier
- Inkubator für 30 Küvetten - geringer Stromverbrauch - geringes Gewicht
Automatische Messung
Nachdem der Microtox ® -Analysator durch einmalige Betätigung der Taste »SET« abgeglichen ist, wird die Taste »READ« gedrückt. Dabei wird die in der Meßkammer befindliche Küvette zum Photomultiplier transportiert und die Intensität des Leuchtens gemessen und digital angezeigt.
Hoher Probendurchsatz
Der auf + 15° C geregelte Inkubator ist für 30 Küvetten ausgelegt, d. h. es können maximal 3 Standardverdünnungsreihen oder 29 Einzelmessungen gleichzeitig durchgeführt werden.
Computer - Interface
Das System ist serienmäßig mit einer RS 232 Schnittstelle ausgestattet. Mit einem einfachen Softwareprogramm können nicht nur die gewünschten Gamma- und EC-Werte berechnet, sondern auch die Meßergebnisse graphisch dargestellt werden.
Spezifikationen
Die Betriebsspannung des Gerätes ist umschaltbar, 120 oder 220 Volt, 50 - 60 Hz. Falls das Modell 500 mit 120 Volt betrieben werden soll, ist zu beachten, daß die Sicherung (1 A) gegen eine mit 2 A getauscht werden muß. Die maximale Leistungsaufnahme beträgt ca. 150 Watt, wenn die Peltierelemente volle Kühlleistung entwickeln. Nach Erreichen der eingestellten Temperatur (15°C für Inkubator und Photomultiplier, 5,5°C für den Bakterienbehälter) sinkt die Leistungsaufnahme auf ca. 60 Watt.
