Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Das Prinzip des Bodensigniergerätes besteht darin, dass die zu signierenden Behälter von Hand gegen eine verstellbare Führungsleiste geschoben werden, in die ein Mikroschalter eingelassen ist. Sobald die Führungsleiste durch den Behälter berührt wird, erfolgt gleichzeitig automatisch die Betätigung des Mikroschalters und damit die Auslösung des Signiervorganges.

Da die Böden der verschiedenen Artikel, die von dem Gerät verarbeitet werden können, eine unterschiedliche Tiefe haben, wurde die Maschine so konstruiert, dass sich die Druckstation in der Höhe verschieben lässt.

Die im Gerät befindliche Farbwalze ist justierbar und garantiert so eine einwandfreie Einfärbung der Gummitypen. Gleichfalls ist es auf einfache Weise möglich, den Farbvorratsbehälter und die Farbwalze herauszunehmen und nachzutränken bzw. zu reinigen. Der Druckkopf kann gleichfalls zu Reinigungszwecken ohne Werkzeug herausgezogen werden.
