Produktbeschreibung

Der MABAG KLF 12-18/40 LS ist ein luftgekühlter Hochleistungs-Horizontal-Platten-Freezer, der nach den heutigen Anforderungen der Medizintechnik, speziell für das Schock-gefrieren wärmeempfindlicher Substrate wie Blut und Blutprodukte, entwickelt wurde und sich im klinischen Test bewiesen hat. Die zugelassenen Einsatz- und Anwendungsgebiete sind in Abschnitt 1.1 beschrieben. Andere Anwendungen sind nach Absprache mit dem Hersteller möglich.

Das steckerfertige Gerät, mit modernster Kompressortechnik der Firma Bitzer ausgestattet, besitzt ein optimiertes Kältesystem, das bis auf -60°C regelbar ist und gewährleistet bisher nicht gekannte Einfrierleistungen. Das Gerät kühlt für den Einfriervorgang von Raumtemperatur binnen 10-15 Minuten auf -55°C. Es können nacheinander mehrere Chargen eingefroren werden, ohne Abtauvorgang. Das Kältemittel ist FCKW-frei.

Wärmeempfindliche Substrate müssen nach ihrer Gewinnung bzw. Herstellung möglichst schnell eingefroren werden. Die Einfriergeschwindigkeit bestimmt die Qualität. Die vom MABAG KLF 12-18/40 LS bereitgestellte Einfrierleistung ist bislang auf dem Markt unerreicht. Die sehr hohe Einfriergeschwindigkeit garantiert die zur Zeit bestmögliche Qualität des Gefrierguts und gleichzeitig eine hohe Tagesleistung.

Mit dem MABAG KLF 12-18/40 LS können alle gängigen Blutplasma-Transferbeutel mit Füllmengen von 200 bis 850 ml schockgefroren werden.

Bestückung und Entnahme sind einfache Handgriffe. Die Transferbeutel können lose oder auf einem Tablett in den Freezer eingebracht werden. Das Problem von Festsitzern bei gefrorenen Transferbeuteln gibt es nicht. Sie liegen horizontal auf einer Kühlplatte aus Edelstahl und werden von oben mit einer zweiten Kühlplatte planparallel geformt. Unterschiedliche Füll-mengen und Ausdehnung während des Gefriervorganges werden durch die variable Deckelführung der oberen Kälteplatte ausgeglichen. Das horizontale Einfrierverfahren sichert bis zum Kern gefrorene, gleichmäßig geformte Beutel zur einfachen Handhabung. So werden alle heute gültigen Qualitätsanforderungen eingehalten und sogar übertroffen.
