The LR 1000 control is a modular, expandable laboratory reactor for optimizing chemical reaction processes and for mixing, dispersing and homogenizing on a laboratory scale, especially in cosmetics and pharmacy. The system can be quickly and easily adapted to the respective application and specific needs. Outstanding features are the intuitive menu navigation, integrated connections for pH and temperature sensors and various interfaces via which process-relevant data can be displayed and stored on the PC. When using the laboratory software labworldsoft® (accessories), the reactor can be controlled by PC and further settings can be made. In addition, a cooling control valve connection is integrated, which enables program-controlled cooling via a magnetic valve. The medium can be heated either to the maximum temperature of max. 120 °C or to a previously set temperature by the heater at the bottom of the vessel. A temperature sensor in the medium ensures that this is reached.
