Gerätetypen
Der E 100 Einhängethermostat hat eine Vorrichtung, um den Einhängethermostat am Bad zu befestigen (Klammer).
Die Typenbezeichnung der Bad-/Umwälzthermostate setzt sich aus dem Typ der Regeleinheit E 100 und dem Badtyp zusammen
Beispiel: Regeleinheit E 100 und Bad 040 ergeben Thermostattyp E 140
Pumpe
Alle Geräte sind mit einer Druckpumpe mit Variodrive - Antrieb ausgestattet. Die Pumpe hat einen Ausgang mit einem schwenkbaren Ausflußkrümmer (Einhängethermostat ). Bei den Bad-/Umwälzthermostaten ist dieser mit dem Pumpenstutzen für externe Temperierkreise verbunden. Ein zusätzlicher Ausgang dient der badinternen Umwälzung. Durch Drehen des Stellknopfes kann der Förderstrom manuell zwischen beiden Ausgängen umgeschaltet bzw. aufgeteilt werden.
Beim Einhängethermostat kann die Pumpenkammer in einem begrenzten Bereich so gedreht werden, daß die Strahlrichtung für eine optimale Badumwälzung sorgt. Im Aufheizbereich arbeitet die Pumpe bis zu Viskositäten von 150 mm 2 /s. Im Regelbetrieb sollten 30 mm 2 /s nicht überschritten werden.
Über das Bedienmenü kann für die Pumpe eine von fünf Förderleistungsstufen ausgewählt werden. Bei kleinen Badthermostaten (z.B. E 103 u. E 106 T) und Betrieb als Badthermostat ist Leistungsstufe 1 sinnvoll. Von Vorteil ist hier bei gleichmäßiger Umwälzung im Bad ein geringer Wärmeeintrag, d.h. schon bei Badtemperaturen von wenigen Graden oberhalb Raumtemperatur kann ohne Kühlung gearbeitet werden.
Temperaturanzeige, Regelung und Sicherheitskreis
Die Geräte sind mit einem 3 ½ -stelligen 7-Segment LCD - Display mit zusätzlichen Symbolen für die Anzeige der Badtemperatur und Einstellwerte, sowie der Betriebszustände ausgestattet. Die Eingabe des Sollwertes und weiterer Einstellungen erfolgen über zwei bzw. drei Tasten.
Als Temperaturfühler wird ein Pt 100 für die Istwerterfassung und Regelung verwendet. Ein zweites Pt 100 dient der Temperaturerfassung für den von der Regelung unabhängigen Sicherheitskreis (Übertemperaturschutz).
Ebenso schaltet ein Unterniveauschutz zur Verhinderung des Trockengehens des Heizkörpers die Heizung 2-polig ab. Die Pumpe wird jeweils elektronisch abgeschaltet. Der Übertemperaturabschaltpunkt wird an einem Potentiometer mit einem Werkzeug eingestellt und ist jeweils auf 5°C über dem Betriebstemperaturbereich begrenzt.
Alle Einstellwerte und Störungsmeldungen werden auch bei Netzausfall bzw. Netzschalter auf "AUS" gespeichert.
Über einen modifizierten PID-Regler wird der Rohrheizkörper über eine spezielle netzrückwirkungs- und störungsarme Triacsteuerung geschaltet.
Material
Alle mit der Badflüssigkeit in Berührung kommenden Teile sind aus hochwertigem, der Betriebstemperatur angepaßtem Material. Verwendet werden Edelstahl - Rostfrei, die Kunststoffe PPS, Polycarbonat (Bad 006 T, 012 T, 015 T, 020 T) sowie Fluorkautschuk.
