Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

Einzigartige Fluroskan II-Merkmale
Wenn Sensitivität ausschlaggebend ist, so bietet Fluoroskan II eine Messempfindlichkeit, die der des Radioimmunoassays nahekommt.
Dabei bietet das Gerät außerdem einen größeren analytischen Messbereich an als absorptionsphotometrische Geräte Fluoroskan II kann 0,1 pmol von 4-Methylumbelliferon nachweisen.
Die XENON-Lampe des Fluoroskan II ermöglicht einen größtmöglichen Spektralbereich der Anregungswellenlänge. Durch Anregung irr UV-Bereich ist es mit Fluoroskan II möglich Proteine, Antibiotika und einige organische Säuren quantitativ nachzuweisen.
Die eingebaute Temperaturkontrolle erlaubt es, mit der Messeinheit auch temperaturabhängige Emzymbestimmungen und Tests mit Zellkulturen durchzuführen.
Fluoroskan II ermöglicht einen hohen Probendurchsatz und vermindert Anwendungsfehler durch den Einsatz der On-Board-Software oder durch den Anschluss an einen Computer mit bidirektionalem
RS-232C-lnterface.
