All used instruments of Labexchange are subject to a technical inspection before delivery and will be supplied only, when they function perfectly well. The verification and functionability is documented by a service report of an independent service company. The Labexchange Fullguarantee is 60 days from delivery date. Malfunctions occurring within the warranty period will be corrected by us free of charge. (Valid for countries within the EU and CH)

On demand, we verify the option of an extension of warranty for your device. If possible, the period of warranty is 6 months for 10 % extra charge and 1 year for 20 % extra charge on the list price. (Valid for DE, AT, CH, FR, NL, BE, LU, GB and IR)

The installation of the equipment by Labexchange brings further advantages. You thereby obtain a guarantee extension to 6 months and you have also the right to the Labexchange Repurchase Guarantee. You receive sensible laboratory equipment and analytical systems as well as much of the available laboratory hoods, already incl. installation.

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, an additional fee of 70,00€ for export is charged. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Das Alarm-System alarmiert bei Stromausfall sowie bei zu niederen oder zu hohen Temperaturen. Es ist für alle KIRSCH-Kühl- und Gefrierschränke verwendbar. Auch der nachträgliche Anschluss an vorhandene Kühl- oder Gefrierschränke ist durch einen Fachmann möglich.
Das Alarm-System ist einstellbar für Temperaturen zwischen 55°C und +40°C. Es hat eine netzunabhängige, akustische sowie eine netzabhängige, optische Warneinrichtung. Die Temperatur wird verzögert über einen Temperaturfühler ähnlich einem Referenzkörper von 250 ml Flüssigkeit angezeigt. Es wird somit nicht die Lufttemperatur gemessen, sondern die tatsächliche Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut-Temperatur angezeigt. Über potentialfreie Kontatkte kann es an Fernwarnanlagen, die eine eigene Stromversorgung haben, angeschlossen werden. Mit Schnittstelle RS 232 zum Anschluss an EDV-Anlage.
Das Alarm-System verhindert bei Kühlgeräten mit Betriebstemperaturen im Plusbereich, dass bei Störungen die Temperatur in den Minusbereich absinkt.
Die akustische Warneinrichtung kann nur bei Störung abgeschaltet werden und aktiviert sich nach behobener Störung von selbst. Die Akku-Entladung wird durch eine Leuchtdiode angezeigt.
