Mit ausgereifter Technik N2 im Dauerbetrieb

Stickstoff mit Reinheiten bis 99,5% mit der bewährten Membrantechnologie. Die Kapazitäten dieser Generatoren liegen zwischen 0,14 Nm3/h 12,3 Nm3/h.

Funktionsweise der IMT-SN Stickstoffgeneratoren

Das Prinzip des Stickstoffgenerators basiert auf einer modernen und ausgereiften Membrantechnologie. Die patentierte und immer wieder weiterentwickelte Gastrennungsmembran teilt Druckluft in zwei Gasströme.

Stickstoff mit einem niedrigen Diffusionsgrad durchdringt die Membran sehr langsam und reichert sich auf diese Weise beim Durchströmen der Hohlfaser an.

Die Reinheit des Stickstoffs wird durch die Geschwindigkeit, mit der das Gas durch die Membran strömt, geregelt. Einzigartig ist die Zusammensetzung der Stickstoffmembran. Eine Kombination von Qualität und Kapazität, die eine sehr lange Lebensdauer sichert. Durch die Variation von Magnetventilen und Druckschaltern produzieren die Generatoren nur die tatsächlich benötigte Menge Stickstoff.
