Die Infors Tisch-Rundschüttelmaschine TR-150 mit 50 mm Schüttelbewegung wurde speziell entwickelt, um die Verknüpfung zwischen Labor und Produktion sicherzustellen. Ebenso gehört das Scaling Down beim Screening dazu, also Anwendungsgebiete wo, fast nur Gross-Schüttelmaschinen mit 50 mm Kreisbewegung zum Einsatz gelangen.

Die robuste Konstruktion gewährleistet die Präzision der Schüttelbewegung, unabhängig von der Drehzahl und Beladung des Tisches, um die Resultate vom Gross-Schüttler in der Produktion auch im Labor nachvollziehen zu können und umgekehrt. Der Schütteltisch dient zur Aufnahme eines Tablars Typ E (420x420 mm) oder eines Tablars Typ F (800x420 mm), das mit einem Handgriff fixiert wird.

In Verbindung mit der Inkubationshaube ITE und einem Tablar der Grösse E oder der Inkubationshaube ITF und einem Tablar der Grösse F ist das Gerät auch als lnkubations-Schüttelmaschine einsetzbar.

Die LED-Anzeige erlaubt jederzeit das Ablesen sowohl der gewünschten Soll- als auch der aktuellen Ist-Drehzahl. Die Einstellung der Drehzahl des Schütteltisches erfolgt bei ruhender und laufender Maschine stufenlos von 10-400 U/min mit einem Drehpotentiometer.

Ein drehzahlunabhängiger, zeitgeregelter Hochlauf erhöht während der Anlaufphase die Drehzahl gleichmässig bis zum Soll Wert und verhindert unerwünschte Drehzahlüberschwingungen. Dies ist vor allem bei Verwendung von Petrischalen, Mikrofiterplatten und ähnlichen Gefässen sehr wichtig

Erstmals zeichnet sich eine Schüttelmaschine auch durch ein eingebautes Bremsmodul aus, das den Schütteltisch in wenigen Sekunden sanft zum Stillstand bringt.

Die Startautomatik sorgt dafür, dass die Maschine nach jedem ungewollten Stillstand, wie er z.B. durch Stromausfall auftreten kann, selbsttätig wieder anläuft. Ein Überwachungsmodul zeigt jedoch dem Betreiber, durch Blinken der Anzeige, dass ein solcher stattgefunden hat.
