UNIVERSAL 320

Mit der Bezeichnung UNIVERSAL ist diese Zentrifuge treffend charakterisiert. Ihr umfassendes Zubehörprogramm und ihre hervorragenden Leistungsdaten machen sie zum idealen Gerät für nahezu jeden Anwendungsfall. Für den Einsatz im niedertourigen Bereich bietet sie Gehänge und Reduzierungen für Standardröhrchen bis 100 ml, Mikrotiterplatten, Röhrchen mit Schraubverschluss, Blutabnahmegefäße oder Zytozubehör. Mikrolitergefäße kann sie auf 21.382 RCF beschleunigen. Auch Gefäße mit höheren Volumina (bis 85 ml) profitieren von der exzellenten Motorleistung der UNIVERSAL 320 / 320 R.

Bei 9.418 RCF sind Bakterien oder Hefen schnell sedimentiert.

FUNKTIONSWEISE UND STEUERUNG

Die Bedien- und Anzeigeelemente der UNIVERSAL 320 / 320 R sind nach ergonomischen Gesichtspunkten gestaltet. Auf dem großen, gut ab-lesbaren Display wird während des Laufs der IST-Zustand aller Parameter angezeigt.

9 Brems- und Anlauframpen sowie ungebremster Auslauf sind wählbar. Rampe 9 entspricht der jeweils kürzesten Brems- und Anlaufzeit.

Die gespeicherten Parameterkombinationen bleiben auch nach dem Ab-schalten der Zentrifuge erhalten. Bei Eingabe des Rotorradius r/mm kann mittels der Umschaltfunktion zwischen der Anzeige der Drehzahl RPM oder der relativen Zentrifugalbeschleunigung RCF gewählt werden. Mit dem Drehknopf werden die Parameter schnell und bequem ein-gestellt oder verändert.

mit Anschluss an einen externen, bauseitig beizustellenden Kälteumwälzthermostaten - Best.-Nr. 1406-50 (ohne internes Kühlaggregat). Abhängig von der Leistung des Thermostaten kann die Zentrifuge in einem Bereich von 0°C bis + 90°C heizen/kühlen.
