Dispatch time

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

Beschreibung der Zentrifuge

Die Zentrifugen ROTANTA und ROTANTA/R sind technisch hochentwickelte Tischzentrifugen.

Fortschrittliche Konzeption und technische Ausstattung entsprechen allen Sicherheitsanforderungen.

Verwindungsfreie Leichtmetallkonstruktion. Der Schleuderraum ist aus Sicherheitsgründen sowie zur Verbesserung der hygienischen Arbeitsbedingungen aus rostfreiem Edelstahl gefertigt.

Bei der ROTANTA kann der Schleuderraum mit Gummiring nach oben herausgenommen werden. Diese Zentrifuge braucht zu Routinewartungen nicht mehr zerlegt werden, und es gibt auch keine Schleuderraum-Reinigungsprobleme mehr. Gehäuse, Deckel mit Hebemechanik und Frontplatte sind einbrennlackiert.

Die Bedienungselemente sind griffgÜnstiq und übersichtlich an einer Schubeinheit. angeordnet. Zu Wartungsarbeiten kann diese Schubeinheit ganz herausgenoimien werden.

Sämtliche Werte wie Drehzahl, Bremskraft, Laufzeit und Kühlung können vorgewählt werden.

Eingebaut ist eine automatische, thyristornesteuerte Drehzahlregulierung (SollIst-Abgleichung) über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich mit der Möglichkeit, eine bestimmte Drehzahl vorzuwählen und mit Tastendruck zu starten, die eingestellte Drehzahl wird dann automatisch 1 angesteuert.

Die genaue Drehzahl ab 50 min kann 1 an der Drehzahlanzeige auf einer 100°-Skala mit einer Ablesbarkeit von 50 min abqelesen werden.

Eine stufenlos regelbare Gleichstrombremse, mit automatischer Abschaltung kurz vor dem Stillstand, verhindert ein Aufwirbeln des Sediments.

Mit der Zeitschaltuhr wird die Zentrifunierzeit von 0 - 60 min eingestellt.

Mit den Leuchttastern NETZ-START-STOP/DECKEL AUF wird der jeweilige Betriebszustand durch Kontrollampen angezeigt.

Der Anlauf kann erst erfolgen, wenn der Deckel geschlossen ist (Deckelverriegelung).

Das hffnen des Deckels ist nur möglich hei stillstehendem Rotor

(Deckelzuhaltung).

Bei unzulässiger Unwucht schaltet ein Unwuchtschalter die Zentrifuge ab.

Die Zentrifuge ROTANTA/R ist mit einer leistungsfähigen, vollhermetischen Kühleinrichtung ausgestattet. über einen Thermostatregler ist die Temperatur stufenlos regelbar von -10° bis +40°C. nie tiefste erreichbare Temperatur liegt, abhängig von der Drehzahl, bei -5°C.

Eine Kontrollampe zeigt das Erreichen der eingestellten Temperatur an.
