Die Rotanta 46 RSC Robotic ist eine gekühlte Zentrifuge mit PC-Ansteuerung und Rotorpositionierung. Sie kommt überall dort zum Einsatz, wo die Probenverarbeitung automatisiert werden kann. Besonders in der Gen- und Pharmaforschung trägt sie entscheidend zur Rationalisierung von Routineaufgaben bei. In der Arzneimittelforschung werden immer mehr Wirkstoffe an Zellen getestet, um Tierversuche auf ein Minimum zu beschränken. Dies macht den Einsatz von Zentrifugen notwendig.

Die Rotanta 46 RSC Robotic lässt sich perfekt in ein automatisiertes Labor einbinden.

Hoch qualifiziertes Laborpersonal muss nicht länger monotone Arbeitsschritte verrichten. Analysen, die mit erhöhtem Infektionsrisiko verbunden sind, werden automatisch durchgeführt.

Die Zentrifuge erreicht eine Geschwindigkeit von 6.200 min-1 bzw. max. 6.446 RCF bei einer Kapazität von 4 x 250 ml, 24 Mikrotiterplatten (MTP), 4 Deep Well Platten (DWP) oder vergleichbare Systeme. Die robuste und solide Bauweise garantiert einen störungsfreien 24-Stunden-Betrieb.

Sämtliche Funktionen der Zentrifuge können über eine Kunststoff-Lichtleiterverbindung ferngesteuert werden.

Der Steuer-PC benötigt eine freie RS-232-Schnittstelle.

Der Antriebsmotor positioniert die Rotoren in die gewünschten zwei oder vier programmierbaren Becherstellungen, hält sie unter der Luke sicher fest und fährt sie nach jeder Zentrifugation automatisch in die Rotorposition 1.

Statusinformationen wie z.B. Stillstand, Anlauf, Zentrifugierlauf , Deckelstatus oder Rotorposition können abgefragt werden.

Im Deckel öffnet sich vor und nach jeder Zentrifugation automatisch eine Luke, durch die der Roboterarm den Rotor be- und entladen kann.

Der vollautomatische Probenwechsel entlastet das Laborpersonal von Routinearbeiten und spart wertvolle Zeit.

Die Rotanta 46 RSC Robotic lässt sich in jede Arbeitsstation integrieren.
