Vakuumtrockenschränke mit Kammer aus Edelstahl, Vakuumanschlüssen, Schläuchen und Kugelventil. Die Schränke eignen sich zum schonenden Trocknen von temperaturempfindlichen Proben und sind mit einer einstellbaren Abschaltung bei Übertemperatur, Schutzklasse 2 (DIN 12880, Teil 1) ausgestattet. Sie verfügen über einen DN 25-Anschluss an der Rückseite (außer VT6025), eine analoge Druckanzeige und 2 verschiedene Belüftungsventile zur schnellen oder feindosierten Belüftung der Kammer (das Modell VT 6025 hat nur ein Schnellbelüftungsventil). Die BL-Modelle sind mit doppeltem Sicherheitsglas und einer permanenten Belüftung des Schaltraumes mit 2 unabhängig voneinander betriebenen Ventilatoren ausgestattet, die ein Eindringen von Lösungsmitteln und die druckbedingte Aktivierung von Heizelementen bei <80 mbar verhindern. Serienmäßiger Anschluss für Inertgase zum Arbeiten bei kontrollierter Atmosphäre .
Die M-Modelle mit Mantelheizung bieten einen Temperaturbereich bis max. 200 °C. Der Wärmetransport erfolgt von der beheizten Vakuumkammer über die Einlegeböden auf die Probe.
Die P-Modelle mit Plattenheizung gewährleisten eine Temperatur von max. 300 °C. Die Heizplatten sind in die Einlegeböden integriert und gehen die Wärme direkt an die Probe ab.
Die P-Modelle ermöglichen schnelle Aufheizzeiten und eine um bis zu sechsmal schnellere Prozesszeit im Vergleich zu standardmäßigen Trocknungsmethoden.
Mikroprozessorgesteuerter Temperaturregler Kelvitrone )t mit digitaler Anzeige von Soll- und Ist-Temperatur bei den mantelbeheizten Geräten, und Mehrkanalregler Digicon ® bei den plattenbeheizten Geräten.
Die Trockenschränke der Serie BL gewährleisten eine sichere Trocknung aller Proben, die brennbare Lösungsmittel beinhalten. Sie verfügen über ein System zur automatischen Freisetzung von Inertgas, das im Falle des Auslaufens die Bildung eines explosiven Gasgemisches in der Kammer verhindert.
