Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Klassifizierung
Die VARIFUGEN sind technisch hochentwickelte, mikroprozessorgesteuerte Laborzentrifugen mit frequenzgesteuertem und wartungsfreiem Induktionsantrieb.
Sie sind als Standmodelle für umfangreiches Zubehör konzipiert und gehören zur Gruppe 3 nach der Medizingeräteverordnung (Med GV).
Definition
Die Zentrifugen bestehen aus einem massiv verschweißten Stahlrahmen. Die Gehäuseverkleidung besteht aus einer Stahlblechkonstruktion. Gehäuseverkleidung und Bedienungspanel sind fest mit dem Stahlrahmen verschraubt. Die Außenabmessungen der Geräte entsprechen den Rastermaßen für Laboratoriumsmöbel, d. h. Einbautiefe 60 cm. Die Rotoren werden direkt von einem frequenzgesteuerten, wartungsfreien Induktionsmotor mit hoher Beschleunigungsleistung angetrieben. Dieser Antrieb sorgt für geräusch- und vibrationsarmen Lauf - auch bei hohen Drehzahlen - und erreicht eine sehr hohe Lebensdauer. Er ist schwingungsdämpfend befestigt und über einen Gummiflansch zur Rotorkammer abgedichtet. Der Zentralprozessor überwacht die Ablaufsteuerung, die Drehzahl-Messung und -Regelung, die Temperatur-Messung und -Regelung (VARIFUGE 3.OR), die Parameterspeicherung, die Sicherheitssysteme und die Störungsmeldungen der Zentrifuge. Ein zusätzlicher Mikroprozessor ist für die Tasten- und Anzeigen-Funktionen zuständig. Als Benutzer-Oberfläche dient MEGACONTROL.
VARIFUGE 3.0
Der Luftstrom tritt bei drehendem Motor in den Deckel ein, kühlt den Rotor und verläßt die Zentrifuge über die Luftschlitze im Deckel.
