Description
The ovens correspond to DIN-Standard 12880 Part 1, and have been type-tested according to DIN-Standard 12880 Part 2.
Protection:
Protection dass 1
Circuit connection:
Permanently installed power supply cable with earthing-contact type plug
Rated voltage, connected load and rated current:
See 1.1. and rating plate.
Rated frequency:
50/60 c/s
Protection against overheating, according to DIN-Standard 12880
Class 2 (adjustable temperature limit cut-out)
Working space:
That part of the internal space which has a distance from any of the inner walls corresponding to one-tenth of the respective internal dimension (see also DIN-Standard 12880 Part 2).
The spatial temperature differences are approx. ± 2 % of the rated temperature.
At lower temperatures, the absolute value of the spatial temperature differences is smaller.
In the case of ovens with a window in the door, the spatial temperature differences may be greater.
UT Ovens
With UT ovens for temperatures up to 250 °C, the spatial temperature differences are approx. ± 3.6 °C; with ovens up to 300 °C approx. ± 4.5 °C. The temperature fluctuations with time is ≦ 0.8 °C. (When an OptoelectronicThyristor Power Unit LE-16 is used in conjunction with a modified controller, DIN-Standard 50011 Part 1 is met).
These ovens have no gap in the door gasket for the air to enter.
With model 5042, air is continually drawn in by the fan when the vent hole is open, passing over the heating system into the internal space.
Model 5050 has two sockets in the rear wall, through which air is drawn in and hot air expelled when the oven is operating with fresh air.
