By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.
Terms of payment
We do not accept payment by letter of credit, PayPal, etc. In each case the invoice amount is payable without deduction. Discount is not granted.

Die Heraeus® Function Line Gerätegeneration konzentriert sich in ihrer Ausstattung auf die wesentlichen Funktionen. Das bringt Effektivität. Function Line ist anwendungsgerecht, leicht zu bedienen und sehr preiswert.
Durchdachte Lösungen
Die Function Line Trocken- und Umlufttrockenschränke sind in drei Baugrößen mit Innenraumvolumen von 60, 120 und 200 Litern bis 250 °C verfügbar. Der Innenbehälter besteht aus korrosionsfestem Edelstahl. Die Temperaturregelung erfolgt durch exakte Mikroprozessor-Regler mit großer Anzeige. Die schmalen Geräte bieten bei minimaler Stellfläche größtmögliche Volumina. Damit die Außentemperaturen und Wärmeverluste trotzdem gering bleiben, haben wir die Isolationsstrecken bei der Geräteentwicklung optimiert.
Die Trockenschränke mit natürlicher Konvektion T6, T12 und T20 werden für wärmetechnische Prozesse wie Warmlagerungen, Wärmebehandeln, thermisches Prüfen und einfache Trocknungsprozesse im Temperaturbereich bis 250 °C eingesetzt.
Die Umlufttrockenschränke UT6, UT12 und UT20 sind für besonders hohe Trocknungsleistungen und wärmetechnische Prozesse mit Anforderungen an verstärkter Frischluftzufuhr, exakter Temperaturführung und kurzen Anheizzeiten bis
250 °C geeignet.
Besonders die Umlufttrockenschränke lassen sich hervorragend reinigen. Dazu haben wir diese Geräte so konstruiert, dass auch ohne hinderliche Luftleitbleche eine optimale Temperaturverteilung und schnelle Anheizzeiten gewährleistet sind.
Hohe Funktionalität
Die Trocken- und Umlufttrockengeräte sind mit zwei bedienerfreundlichen Komfortreglern und gut ablesbaren Temperaturanzeigen ausgestattet.
Die Standardgeräte T bzw. UT 6, 12 und 20 steuern über den Komfortregler Funktionen wie Timer zum Ein- und Ausschalten (1 Minute bis 99 Stunden) sowie einzeln oder in Kombination einsetzbare Festprogramme für Anheiz- und Abkühlgeschwindigkeiten oder TemperaturHaltezeiten an.
Eine Stand-by-Funktion sorgt dafür, dass in jedem Fall, auch bei ausgeschalteter Heizung die Temperaturanzeige arbeitet.
Bedienkomfort
Hauptbedien- und Anzeigeelemente sind im direkten Sichtbereich auf der Tür angebracht. Function Line Wärme- und Trockenschränke können Sie mit einer Hand bedienen. Die leicht auswechselbare Türdichtung aus Silikon und schnell demontierbare Hordenaufnahmen ermöglichen die sichere und gründliche Reinigung und Dekontamination des Geräteinnenraums.
Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit
Die Function Line Trocken- und Umlufttrockenschränke sind für den unbeaufsichtigten Dauerbetrieb ausgerichtet (Klasse 2, DIN 12880 Teil 1). Alle Geräte sind durch den VDE nach der internationalen Norm EN 61010 GS-geprüft sowie funkentstört. Bei der Entwicklung der neuen Gerätegeneration wurden die elektronischen und mechanischen Komponenten besonders sorgfältig ausgewählt. Sollte doch einmal eine Störung auftreten, können Sie sich auf unseren schnellen Service verlassen.
Dokumentation
Die Function Line Trocken- und Umlufttrockenschränke führen in der Standardversion die Schnittstelle RS 232 nur zur Dokumentation der aktuellen Temperatur.
