Klassifizierung
Die LABOFUGEN 400e / 400 / 400R sind technisch hochentwickelte, mikroprozessorgesteuerte Laborzentrifugen mit frequenzgesteuertem und wartungsfreiem Induktionsantrieb. Sie sind als Tischmodelle für umfangreiches Zubehör konzipiert und gehören zur Gruppe 3 nach der Medizingeräteverordnung (Med GV).
Definition
Die LABOFUGEN 400 / 400R sind auf einer vibrationsarmen, massiven Polymerbeton-Bodenplatte aufgebaut (entfällt bei LABOFUGE 400e). Das Gehäuse besteht aus einer zweigeteilten Stahlblechkonstruktion, welches die Bodenplatte komplett umschließt. Die Frontverkleidung ist aus Kunststoff gefertigt und mit einer pflegeleichten Folie überklebt. Gehäuse und Frontblende sind fest miteinander verschraubt.
Die Rotoren werden direkt von einem frequenzgesteuerten, wartungsfreien Induktionsmotor mit hoher Beschleunigungsleistung angetrieben. Dieser Antrieb sorgt für geräusch- und vibrationsarmen Lauf, auch bei hohen Drehzahlen, und erreicht eine sehr hohe Lebensdauer. Er ist schwingungsdämpfend auf der Bodenplatte befestigt und über einen Gummiflansch zur Rotorkammer abgedichtet. Der Zentralprozessor überwacht die Ablaufsteuerung, die Drehzahl-Messung und -Regelung, die Temperatur-Messung und -Regelung (nur LABOFUGEN 400R), die Sicherheitssysteme und die Störungsmeldungen der Zentrifuge.
Ein zusätzlicher Mikroprozessor ist für die Tasten- und Anzeigen-Funktionen zuständig. Für Bedienung und Programmierung der Zentrifugen dient das anwenderfreundliche MEGACONTROL System
LABOFUGE 400e
Bei der Ekonomie-Version tritt der Luftstrom bei drehendem Motor von hinten durch einen Spalt in der Deckeldichtung ein, kühlt den Rotor und verläßt die Zentrifuge wieder durch diese Öffnung.

Der Kühl-Luftstrom wird von 2 leistungsstarken Ventilatoren in der Geräte-Rückwand aufgebracht.
LABOFUGE 400R
Dieses Gerät enthält zur Temperatur-Regelung des Zentrifugiergutes eine Kompressor-Anlage mit FCKW-freiem Kältemittel.
