The manufacturer’s warranty terms apply for new devices. We will gladly inform you individually and in accordance to the chosen new device.
All used instruments of Labexchange are subject to a technical inspection before delivery and will be supplied only, when they function perfectly well. The verification and functionability is documented by a service report of an independent service company. The Labexchange Fullguarantee is 60 days from delivery date. Malfunctions occurring within the warranty period will be corrected by us free of charge. (Valid for countries within the EU and CH)
Our certificate of operativeness ensures a technically perfect condition.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, an additional fee of 70,00€ for export is charged. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us.
