Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

Kurzbeschreibung Rheocord90
Rheocord90 ist ein rechnergesteuertes Drehmoment-Rheometer, welches in Verbindung mit allen HAAKE-Extrudern und -Knetern eingesetzt werden kann.
Rheocord90 regelt Temperaturen und Drehzahlen; gemessen werden Drehmoment, Massetemperatur und Masse-druck.
Die Meßgeräte dienen dazu, die Schmelz- und Prozeßeigenschaften einer Testsubstanz zu bestimmen.
Die Ergebnisse werden auf Rheogrammen dargestellt, welche die Proben beschreiben hinsichtlich:

Vernetzungsverhalten
Scher- und Wärmestabilität

Rheocord90 besteht aus einer Kontroll- und Auswerteeinheit (KAE) und einem Meßantrieb (MA). Die für den Betrieb erforderliche Software ist betriebsbereit installiert.
KAE: Die Kontroll- und Auswerteeinheit regelt und überwacht den Versuch. Da gleichzeitig zwei Software-Pakete eingesetzt werden können, kann ein Test durchgeführt werden, während ein anderes Programm läuft.
Die Kontroll- und Auswerteeinheit (KAE) beinhaltet:

einen Farb-Monitor
eine Tastatur
eine 40 MB-Festplatte
ein 1,2 MB-Diskettenlaufwerk (51/4")
ein 1,44 MB-Diskettenlaufwerk (31/2")
einen Farbdrucker
MA: Der Meßantrieb überträgt die Signale für das Drehmoment, die Masse- und Regeltemperaturen, den Massedruck und die Drehzahl zur Kontroll- und Auswerteeinheit (KAE), wo sie verarbeitet werden.
Er besteht aus einem Motor mit Drehzahlsteuerung und Temperaturgeber, um die Meßsysteme (Kneter/Extruder) anzutreiben und die Probe bei einer vorgegebenen Temperatur zu testen.
Der Meßantrieb (MA) beinhaltet:
