Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Das HPLC Säulenthermostat ist speziell für den Einsatz in chemischen und biologischen Routine- und Forschungslabors entwickelt worden. Eine stabile Säulentemperatur steigert nicht nur die Reproduzierbarkeit, sondern kann auch die Auflösung z.B. bei reversed phase" oder ionic interaction" Methoden erheblich verbessern. Eine exakte Temperatur stabilisiert den ganzen Analysenablauf.

Neue Möglichkeiten eröffnen sich durch die Kühlung:

Isomeren-und Enantiomerentrennungen werden verbessert; bei diesen Anwendungen vergrößern sich die Selektionskoeffizienten. Hochempfindliche Nachweise im Spurenbereich mit Fluoreszenzdetektion werden erleichtert, denn Fluoreszenzausbauten steigen bei sinkender Temperatur.Temperaturgradient; Bis zu 99 verschiedene Temperaturen sind vorwählbar. Somit kann ein Temperaturgradient gefahren und die Analyse optimiert werden .

Die möglichen raschen Temperaturänderungen erhöhen in diesem Fall den Probendurchsatz.

Für den Routine-Betrieb erlaubt der Säulenthermostat stets gleichbleibende Temperaturen auch bei wechselnden Bedingungen im Labor einzuhalten. Die Präzision der Messungen wird dadurch erheblich verbessert.

Das Heiz/Kühl System besteht aus Mikroprozessor kontrollierter Peltier Heizung/Kühlung mit ventilatorunterstützter Z-Weg Luftumwälzung.

Im Säulenraum können bis zu 4 Säulen mit maximal 40 cm Länge, sowie ggf . Ventile und Mischkammern untergebracht werden.

DieTemperatur kann extern durch das GynkoSoft-Datensystem gesteuert und überwacht werden. Die verschiedenen Gradientenprogramme können zu jeder Zeit abgerufen oder einzeln verändert werden.
