When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Grundgerät
Sterilisationskammer
Von oben zu beschickende, einwandige Sterilisierkammer aus nichtrostendem Edelstahl, Werkstoff-Nr . 1.4571, Gebaut und geprüft nach den Merkblättern der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Druckbehälter (AD).
Deckel
Der gewichtsentlastete, nach oben schwenkbare Deckel besitzt einen seitlichen Deckelspezialgriff, um das Berühren mit den aufsteigenden Wrasendämpfen zu vermeiden.
Zentralverriegelung
Der Autoklavdeckel ist mit einem Zentralriegelschnellverschluss versehen, geringe Schließkraft erforderlich.

Wassermangelsicherung
Der Autoklav ist. mit einer Wassermangelsicherung ausgerüstet, die die Stromzufuhr bei zu niedrigem Wasserstand unterbricht und damit das Durchbrennen der Heizkörper verhindert.
Außenverkleidung
Aus pulverbeschichtetem, nichtrostendem Material. Farbton: RAL 9001 (cremeweiß).
Rollen
Vier feststellbare Lenkrollen ermöglichen einen leichten Transport und gute Beweglichkeit des Gerätes (Raumreinigung).

Zugelassen für einen Druck von 2,3 bar. Temperaturbereich 134°C.

Zwischenmantel Müllsterilisation
Durch den Zwischenmantel erfolgt eine zwangsgeführte Dampfströmung von oben nach unten und somit eine kontrollierte Luftaustreibung.
Zwischenmantel Rückkühlung
Durch den Zwischenmantel erfolgt mittels eines Ventilators eine zwangsgeführte Luftströmung von oben nach unten an den Flaschen vorbei.
Kühlwasserfreier Abdampfkondensator
Abdampfkondensator zum Niederschlagen von Wrasendämpfen, die während der Sterilisation austreten. Umweltfreundliche Konstruktion, da selbst bei mehreren aufeinanderfolgenden Sterilisationen kein Kühlwasser benötigt wird.
Empfehlenswert bei Gen-, Sicherheitstechnischen Laboren oder Laboren, die keinen Wasseranschluss haben.
Temperaturabhängige Deckelverriegelung
Für Laborautoklav GVA 460-100-001, zur Sicherung des Verschlusses gegen Öffnen im Überdruck und vor Erreichen der festeingestellten Rückkühltemperatur im Referenzgefäß.
