GFL 3040 Überkopfschüttler mit Überkopf-Drehbewegung
Stabiles Spezialgerät zum Mischen von Substanzen in Sedimentierflaschen, Mischzylindern und anderen Gefäßen. Besonders geeignet zur Aufbereitung von Bodenproben bei Wasser-, Abwasser- und Schlammuntersuchungen in Kunststoff-Weithalsflaschen mit 2000 ml Nennvolumen nach DIN 38414 Teil 4.
Das Gehäuse besteht aus elektrolytisch verzinktem Stahlblech, pulverbeschichtet. Die übersichtliche Armaturentafel enthält den Hauptschalter, einen Drehknopf zur stufenlosen Einstellung sowie ein Display zur Anzeige der Drehzahl und einen Bedienhebel für die Arretierung des Drehgestells.
Die Arretiervorrichtung für das Drehgestell gewährleistet müheloses Festklemmen der Probengefäße. Das Drehgestell ist beidseitig kugelgelagert und wird über eine Rutschnabe und einen Zahnriemen von einem Gleichstrom-Getriebemotor angetrieben. Es hat auf vier Ebenen je drei Haltevorrichtungen zur Aufnahme von insgesamt zwölf Flaschen oder Gefäßen bis 110 mm Durchmesser (rund oder eckig) und 260 mm Höhe.
Das Gerät muss über die vier Ebenen gleichmäßig belastet werden. Die Haltevorrichtung zum sicheren, festen Einspannen der Probenbehälter ist aus Edelstahl-Rostfrei Der GFL-Überkopfschüttler wird von einem überlastungsgeschützten Gleichstrommotor angetrieben.
Der Motor ist über eine elektronische Drehzahlsteuerung stufenlos einstellbar. Das Gerät ist servicefreundlich und gewährleistet einen zuverlässigen Dauerbetrieb.
Der Überkopfschüttler ist wartungsfrei, GS-geprüft und mit dem CE-Zeichen gekennzeichnet.
