Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. PurCon® die perfekte Probenvorbereitung

PurCon® ist ein kontinuierlich arbeitendes Probenauf bereitungs system, das speziell für den Einsatz im Belebungs be reich von Kläranlagen konzipiert wurde. Im Unter schied zu herkömmlichen Auf bereitungs verfahren, z. B. der Sedimen tation, liefert das PurCon® Gerät einen kontinuierlichen Strom feststoff- und bak terienfreien Per meats und ist aufgrund des selbstreini genden BubbleClean®-Verfahrens äußerst wartungsarm. Das Probenaufbereitungssystem ist für die vielfältigsten Applikationen im Klär anlagenbereich geeignet, selbst für An wendungen in biologischen Reinigungs stufen mit schwer sedimentierbaren Schlammanteilen.

Die Probenaufbereitung PurCon® ist die ideale Ergänzung zum TresCon®-Analy se system, da bis zu drei On-line-Analysemodule gleichzeitig mit Permeat versorgt werden können.

Bei typischen Anwendungen in kommu nalen Kläranlagen, beispielsweise in der Biologie (3 6 g/l Schlamm), ist ein wartungs freier Betrieb bis zu 6 Monaten möglich.

Systembeschreibung

Das Aufbereitungssystem PurCon® be steht aus der Probenaufbereitung und einem Steuerteil inkl. Peristaltik pum pe zur Permeat för de rung. Die Ein heit ist komplett montiert und in ein V4A-Edelstahl-Gehäuse mit frontseitiger Tür eingebaut.

Zur Förderung der Rohprobe in das PurCon®-System wird eine Tauch pum pe benötigt, deren Art und Größe von den örtlichen Einsatz bedingungen abhängt. Der Probenablauf erfolgt drucklos (Ab laufdurchmesser > 50 mm).
