All used instruments of Labexchange are subject to a technical inspection before delivery and will be supplied only, when they function perfectly well. The verification and functionability is documented by a service report of an independent service company. The Labexchange Fullguarantee is 60 days from delivery date. Malfunctions occurring within the warranty period will be corrected by us free of charge. (Valid for countries within the EU and CH)

¨ Anwendungsbereich
Die pulverisette 2 ist das zentrale Gerät im Aufbereitungslabor. Sie ist geeignet zum universellen Feinmahlen von anorganischen und organischen Proben für die Analyse, Qualitätskontrolle und Materialprüfung.
Das Mahlen von trockenen Proben oder von Feststoffen in Suspension gehört ebenso zu den Einsatzgebieten wie die Herstellung und Homogenisierung von Pasten und Cremes im Labormaßstab.
Überall da, wo reproduzierbare Mahlbedingungen, kurze Mahlzeiten, genaue Ergebnisse, verlustfreies Mahlen und staubfreies Arbeiten, gefordert werden, ist die pulverisette 2 die optimale Mühle.
Bei einer Aufgabegröße von 6 - 8 mm und einer Aufgabemenge von 30 - 150 ml kann (materialabhängig) eine Endfeinheit von 10 - 20 m m erreicht werden.
¨ Arbeitsweise
Die Mahlprobe wird ähnlich wie in einem Handmörser durch Druck und Reibung zwischen Pistill und Mörserschale zerkleinert.
Die Mörserschale wird durch einen Getriebemotor gedreht und treibt das frei drehbar gelagerte Pistill durch Reibung mit an. Der Andruck des Pistills an die Mörserwand erfolgt sowohl in horizontaler als auch in vertikaler Richtung. Die durch vorgespannte Federn aufgebrachten Andruckkräfte sind ohne Werkzeug einstellbar, genau ablesbar und somit absolut reproduzierbar. Ein standardmäßig integrierter Schaber wendet die Probe und führt sie erneut dem Pistill zu.
Zur Probenvorzerkleinerung sind spezielle Pistilleinstellungen vorgesehen, bei denen das Pistill ohne direkten Kontakt zum Mörserboden arbeitet. Natürlich sind auch in diesem Betriebsmodus alle Parameter so einzustellen, dass ein reproduzierbarer Mahlvorgang gewährleistet ist.
Die Mörserschale ist staubdicht abgeschlossen, so dass verlustfrei gemahlen werden kann. Sogar die Zugabe von Flüssigkeiten (z.B. Stickstoff) direkt in den laufenden Prozess ist möglich.
