Dispatch time

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Der Dekanter wird mit dem zu trennenden Medium durch die hohle Mittelachse beschickt (1). Die spezifisch schwereren Feststoffe werden unter dem Einfluß der Zentrifugalkraft am Trommelmantel (2) abgelagert.

Die abzutrennende Flüssigkeit (3) durchläuft die Klärzone in Richtung Schälkammer und wird durch die Schälscheibe (4) unter Druck in einem geschlossenen System nach außen abgeführt.

Der am Rotormantel anliegende Feststoffring (5) wird durch die konisch-zylindrische Transportschnecke (6) über den Trommelkonus (7) zu den Aus tragsöffnungen (8) gefördert und in das Feststoffgehäuse abgeschleudert.

Der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der Feststoffe und die Reinheit der Flüssigkeit können geregelt werden:

a) durch Veränderung der Teichtiefe über die verstellbare Schälscheibe:

- niedrigerer Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der Feststoffe durch größeren Schäldurchmesser und damit längere Trockenzone.

- geringerer Feststoffanteil im Ablauf durch kleineren Schäldurchmesser und damit größere Flüssigkeitshöhe.

b) durch Veränderung der Dekanterdrehzahl:

- je feiner die Feststoffe um so höher die erforderliche Dekanterdrehzahl für eine ausreichende Abscheidung.

c) durch Veränderung der Schneckendifferenzdrehzahl (s. Drehzahltabelle - Kap. 5):

- je geringer die Restfeuchte des ausgetragenen Feststoffes sein soll, desto kleiner wird die Differenzdrehzahl gewählt.

- je höher der Feststoffanteil, desto höher ist die erforderliche Differenzdrehzahl.

Sonderausrüstung: Trommeldrehzahl und Differenzdrehzahlmeßeinrichtung

Die Drehzahlmeßeinrichtung dient zur Erfassung und Anzeige von Differenz- und Trommeldrehzahl des Dekanters. Die Erfassung der notwendigen Impulse erfolgt über zwei am Dekanter montierte induktive Näherungsschalter nach NAMUR. Die Trommeldrehzahl wird mit einer Auflösung von +/-1 min^-1 , die Differenzdrehzahl mit einer Auflösung von +/- 0,1 min^-1 , angezeigt.

Zudem ermöglichen die beiden mit "TDA" und "SDA" gekennzeichneten Leuchtdioden an der Vorderseite des Gerätes die Kontrolle der Initiatorfunktion.

Die beiden Leuchtdioden "V" und "N" zeigen an, ob der Dekanter "V"= voreilend oder "N"= nacheilend betrieben wird.

Option-Analog - und BCD - Ausgang

Das Gerät kann mit je einem Analogausgang für Trommeldrehzahl und Differenzdrehzahl ausgestattet werden. Mit einem Schalter auf der Rückseite des Gerätes erfolgt die Umschaltung zwischen 0-20 mA oder 4-20 mA Ausgangssignal. Der BCD - Ausgang dient zum Anschluß eines Flottweg Grenzwertkomparators.
