für das präzise und wiederholgenaue Pipettieren . Die epMotion 5070 schafft Freiräume bei allen Routineanwendunen wie Verdünnungsreihen, Reagenzien dispensieren, dem Umpipettieren von Proben oder dem Ansatz von Immunoassays .

Auf Grund der exzellenten Pipettiergenauigkeit ist die epMotion optmal zum Ansetzen von real-time PCR Reaktionen geeignet.

Das Volumen des PCR Ansatzes kann bei hervorragender Reproduzierbarkeit mit der epMotion 5070 auf ein Minimum reduziert werden, so dass erheblich an Kosten für Reagenzien gespart werden kann.

30 ml und 100 ml Reagenzreservoir

Die Reagenzreservoire können in das entsprechende Reservoir Rack eingehängt werden. Durch die spezielle Geometrie der Reservoirböden wird das Restvolumen minimiert. So können sie ideal als Vorlage für den MasterMix im PCR-Setup eingesetzt werden. Alle Reservoire sind PCR clean und autoklavierbar .
