Technical specifications
FLASH 14 DAD 600 detector
It is a UV-visible diode array detector that can measure the absorption of four wavelengths in the range of 200 - 600 nm simultaneously in one cell, as well as the visualization of whole spectra.
It is possible to use the detector in flash and preparative applications. By default, a PLCC 15 preparative cell is assembled, but other cells are available
ECP2100 Preparative Pump
This isocratic pump works with the ECB2007 gradient box as a quaternary gradient pump. Flow rate is 1-100 ml / min and pressure limit at 15 MPa.
The device software includes a new learning algorithm for pulsation suppression and many test and diagnostic functions
ECB2007 Gradient Box without degasser
Box is suitable for handling liquids in ECOM gradient systems. It houses a container for solvent bottles and four-way gradient valve.
The four-way gradient valve is controlled by the ECP2010, ECP2050 or ECP2100 pumps.
ECOMAC chromatography software
This system is completely controlled by the ECOMAC software, which is also part of the delivery. It allows all units to control, create gradients, and collect fractions.
