Anwendungsgebiet

Die Gefriertrocknungsanlage DELTA IIA ist eine leistungsfähige, universell verwendbare Anlage zur Gefriertrocknung von festem oder flüssigem Ausgangsgut in Ampullen, Fläschchen, Glaskolben, Plasmaflaschen oder Schalen.

Die Gefriertrocknungsanlage DELTA IIA ist geeignet für die Gefriertrocknung von z.B. Bakterien und Viruskulturen, Blutplasma, Serumfraktionen, Antikörpern, Seren, Impfstoffen, pharmazeutischen Produkten wie Chloramphenicol, Streptomycin, Vitamine, Fermente, Pflanzenextrakten für biochemische Untersuchungen.

Die Anlage besteht im einzelnen aus:

Einer Trocknungskammer (Exsikkator) aus Edelstahl (35), mit abnehmbarem Deckel aus Acrylglas (37), mit zentralem Innenschliff und Stopfen NS 45/40 (38), zum Aufsetzen von Trockenrechen sowie für die vakuumdichte Drehdurchführung eines Verschlußmanipulators zum Verschließen von Penicillinfläschchen unter Vakuum.

Die Kammer ist am Boden mit einem Ventil (39) für den Abtauwasserablaß versehen. Die Kammer ist außen wärmeisoliert.

Einem Eiskondensator (36) aus Edelstahl, eingebaut in die Trocknungskammer (35), mit einem max. Eisaufnahmevermögen von 15 kg, min. erreichbare Eiskonden‑

satortemperatur ca. -95°C. Das Abtauen des Eiskondensators erfolgt durch Umkehrung der Kühlmaschinenfunktion (Heißgas). Der Eiskondensator wird mit zwei leistungsstarken, in Kaskade geschalteten Kälteaggregaten (43,48) betrieben.

Die Kältemaschinen werden wassergekühlt.

Einem Solekühlbad (44) zum Einfrieren von Flüssigkeiten in Plasmaflaschen, Kolben oder ähnlichen Gefäßen nach dem Spin- oder Shell-Freezing-Verfahren. Min. erreichbare Soletemperatur ca. -70°C.

Die Kühlung des Solekühlbades erfolgt über eine separate Kühlmaschine (28).

Einer zweistufigen Vakuumpumpe (27) mit einem Saugvermögen von 8 m³ /h.

Sämtliche Steuerorgane sind in einem Schaltpult (8) untergebracht, das nach vorn schwenkbar ist.

In dem Schaltpult sind eingebaut:

3 Leuchtdioden (11) zur Kontrolle der drei Temperaturregler für die Temperierung der Stellflächen

1 Anzeigeinstrument (14) zur Kontrolle der Eiskondensator-, Produkt- oder Stellflächentemperatur

1 Anzeigeinstrument (16) zur Kontrolle des Betriebsvakuums

1 Drehknopf (12) für die Vorwahl der gewünschten Einfriertemperatur

1 Drehknopf (13) für die Vorwahl der gewünschten max. zulässigen Stellflächentemperatur

1 Drehknopf (41) zur Vorwahl des max. Sicherheitsdruckes (Schaltpunkt Heizung)

1 Drehknopf (15) zur Vorwahl des min. Druckes während der Haupttrocknung
