Einführung
Das Blutgas-Elektrolyt-Hkt-System 348 ist ein vollautomatischer Analysator zur Bestimmung von: pH, pCO 2 , PO 2 , Na + , K + , Ca ++ oder Cl - und Hkt aus Vollblut/Plasma/Serum.
Berechnet werden die Parameter: HCO 3 - (standard und aktuell), TCO 2 , Basenabweichung (in vitro und in vivo), O 2 SAT, O 2 Ct, AaO 2 ,a/A, cHb, Ca ++ (7.4) und mit dem Chlorid-Sensor die Anionenlücke.
Patienten-Dateneingaben:
Bediener-ID, Patienten-ID, Temperatur, cHb.und F I O 2 .
Das Probenvolumen beträgt minimal 40 µl - normale Probenvorlage 95µl. Die Probenaufnahme hat 2 Aufnahmepositionen für die Probenvorlage:
1. Ampulle (Qualitätskontrolle), 2. Kapillare oder Spritze.
Die Probe wird vom System auf Volumen sowie auf Luftblasen geprüft und automatisch positioniert. Bei zu geringer Probenmenge wird vom System automatisch eine manuelle Sukzessivmessung angeboten.
Die Software ist nach dem Prinzip der Bedienerführung aufgebaut und ermöglicht somit bei einfachster Handhabung ein Optimum an Flexibilität und Sicherheit.
Die beleuchtete, transparente Meßkammer gibt zusätzliche Sicherheit bei der Probeneingabe, der automatischen Probenpositionierung und dient der Kontrolle der exakten Meßkammerreinigung.
Alle Reagenzien und Kalibriergase sind im System integriert. Optisch können die schwach bläulichen Reagenzien durch die transparenten Reagenzbehälter auf ihre Füllhöhe überprüft werden. Eingebaute Drucksensoren zeigen frühzeitig einen Restdruck der Kal/Slope-Kalibriergaskartuschen an.
Der Datenspeicher erlaubt den Zugriff auf die letzten 30 Messungen. Die Vermessung der Qualitätskontrolle wird je Level gespeichert (30 Messungen). Die Statistik wird für 4 Level zuzüglich Level A+B für Hkt ausgedruckt. Ebenso steht ein Datenspeicher zur Verfügung, der alle nicht erfolgreichen Kalibrationen der letzten 24 Stunden speichert.
Der Anschluß an eine Datenverarbeitung ist über 2 Data-Ports mit einer Schnittstellenkonfiguration von LIS 1 bis LIS 3 möglich. Eine Schnittstellenbeschreibung (Interface Manual Artikel-Nr.: 105 293) wird von Chiron Diagnostics GmbH bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt.
