Das schnelle Präzisions-Auswertungsgerät mit dem innovativen Technik-Konzept zur Auswertung von transparenten und untransparenten Cellulose-Acetat Folien und Gele.
Das BT 512 entstammt einer neuen Generation von Densitometern. Dank seiner technischen Konzeption mit mikroprozessor-Steuerung, seiner kompakten Bauweise, ist seine Handhabung denkbar einfach und stellt einen echten Fortschritt dar.
8 PROBEN IN NUR 14 SEKUNDEN
Die Auswertung von 8 Proben erfolgt in 14 Sekunden. 20 Messungen pro mm Laufstrecke der Elektrophorese ergeben eine ausgezeichnete Auflösung und Reproduzierbarkeit.
QUANTITATIVE AUSWERTUNG
Das BT-512 erlaubt die quantitative Auswertung aller üblichen elektrophoretisch getrennten Serumproteine, Lipoproteine, Hämoglobine, Isoenzyme usw. Sowohl transparente wie untransparente Cellulose-Acetat-Folien und Gele mit 1-fach-, 4-fach-Halbmikro und 8-fach-Mikro-Auftragungen werden schnell und präzise ausgewertet. Mit den drei zur Verfügung stehenden Wellenlängen von 550 nm, 580 nm, 630 nm können alle mit den gebräuchlichen Färbemethoden angefärbten Trennungen verarbeitet werden.
Eine wichtige Neuerung ist die Verwendung von Leuchtdioden (LEDs) mit praktisch unbegrenzter Lebensdauer als Lichtquelle, die gegenüber Tungsten- und Halogen-Lampen eine weniger aufwendige Stromversorgung benötigen. Ein weiterer Vorteil der LEDs ist, daß sie monochromatisches Licht abgeben. LEDs sind sofort nach dem Einschalten
stabil, die Wärmeentwicklung und der Stromverbrauch sind gering. Als Lichtempfänger dienen Silizium-Photodioden mit ebenfalls nahezu unbegrenzter Lebensdauer.
LCD-DISPLAY ZUR KONTROLLE UND KORREKTUR
Sämtliche Meßdaten und eingegebenen Patientendaten werden in der zentralen Prozessor-Einheit gespeichert und verarbeitet. Nach der Auswertung und Datenberechnung können alle Pherogramme auf dem großen LCD-Display (15.360 Bildpunkte) kontrolliert und gegebenenfalls korrigiert werden.
DATENAUSDRUCK IN CA. 12 SEKUNDEN PRO ELEKTROPHORESE
Der Datenausdruck erfolgt über einen 40-Linien-Thermodrucker mit einer Geschwindigkeit von circa 12 Sekunden pro Elektrophorese. Das Meßprotokoll enthält das Datum, Laborname, Analysennummer, Positionsnummer der Trennung, Rel.-%, Absolutwerte, Gesamteiweiß, A/G-Verhältnis, B/A-Verhältnis bei Lipo, und die kontrastreiche schraffierte Kurve mit den Minima-Marken.
