Delivery information
Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.
The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.
Terms of payment
We do not accept payment by letter of credit, PayPal, etc. In each case the invoice amount is payable without deduction. Discount is not granted.

Increase productivity of the BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer
BD Biosciences is proud to introduce the latest flow cytometry product for the automation market - the BDTM High Throughput Sampler (BD TM HTS) Option. As a modular addition for new or existing BD FACSCalibur flow cytometers, the BD HTS option is designed to speed through a variety of microtiter plates in less than 15 minutes and supports a wide range of applications including the BD CBA assay
Fast and Accurate Sampling
The compact design of the BD HTS option does not require additional space on the lab bench; the BD HTS unit fits within the sampling enclave of the BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer. Rather than pressurizing wells, which may lead to an inconsistent flow rate, the sample is drawn up by Tecan® pumps and injected into the cytometer. In High-Throughput mode, the BD HTS option uses a unique dual syringe design to gain unprecedented speed in sampling on a flow cytometer. The BD HTS option is capable of injecting 2- 200 µL of sample into the BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer with a sampling speed between 0.5- 3.0 µL/sec.
Offering fast throughput and Iow carryover between wells ** (<1%), the BD HTS option allows you to increase productivity on the BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer. Add the BD FACSFIow TM supply system to provide a 20-liter reservoir of sheath to further increase the convenience and speed of the BD HTS option and to the BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer.
Integrated with BD CellQuest" Pro and Waters NuGenesis®
Compatible with the newly released BD CellQuest Pro software (v5.2.2), which runs on Mac ® OS 10.3, the BD HTS option can sample from 96- and 384-well trays in a variety of different sampling speeds, mixing modes, and wash protocols. BD TM PlateManager and BD CellQuest Pro software have been developed to work seamlessly on the BD FACSCalibur, using NuGenesis software for managing the large amounts of data that are generated when running samples in trays.
