Biomek NX Pipettierautomat
Der 8-Kanal Arm (Span-8) kann sowohl mit Disposable Tip Pipettoren, wie auch mit Fixed Tips Pipettoren (Teflonbeschichtet) betrieben werden. Die Proben können vom Anwender einfach ausgetauscht werden. Ein gemischter Betrieb ist ebenfalls möglich. Der 8-Kanal Pipettor ist flexibel, kann spreizen, 8 unabhängige Z-Positionen anfahren und 8 unterschiedliche Volumina pipettieren. Liquid Level Sensing ist Standard. Die 8 Glasspritzen stehen in unterschiedlichen Volumina zur Verfügung, das vorliegende Angebot enthält 250 ul Spritzen.
Das Biomek NX Deck kann flexibel gestaltet werden. Die Labware wird auf sog. ALPs (Automation Labware Positions) plaziert, welche entweder statisch (reine Abstellpositionen) oder aktiv (Heizen, Kühlen, Schütteln, Rühren, Vakuum etc.) sind. Passive und aktive ALPS können auf beliebigen Deck Positionen vom Anwender selbst konfiguriert werden.
Die Biomek NXP Pattform ist mit einem einzigartigen Sicherheits-Lichtvorhanq (keine Kollision bei manuellem Eingriff möglich) und einem vollautomatischen optischen Framing (AccuFrame) ausgerüstet.
In der angebotenen Konfiguration ist der Biomek zusätzlich mit einem Platten-Schüttler ausgerüstet.

Labware Speicher-System
Als Labware Speicher-System wird ein Thermo Cytomat Microplate Hote l angeboten.
Dieses Gerät wird auf der linken Seite des Biomek NX P via Förderband integriert.
Das Förderband ist mit einem Barcode-Reader ausgerüstet, alle Platten-Strichcodes werden beim Transport automatisch gelesen.
Das Karussell hat eine Kapazität von 9 Stacker.
Stacker sind in verschiedener Ausführung erhältlich, z. B. für je 21 Mikrotiterplatten, 10 DeepwellPlatten oder 7 Tip-Boxen.
Das Gerät hat ein internes Transportsystem, welches jede beliebige Labware in kurzer Zeit zur Übergabestation bringt ('random access").
Platten-Wascher
Der Wascher BioTek EU405 UV Select (BioTek) wird direkt durch die Rückseite des Biomek NX integriert, wobei er nur 2 Plattenpositionen auf dem Deck beansprucht.
BioTek ist mit den Modellen EU405 weltweit Marktführer.
Der Wascher eignet sich hervorragend für ELISA Tests, kann aber auch für jede andere Anwendung verwendet werden.
