Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Der Arcus 1200 dient zum Scannen von Aufsichts- und Durchsichtsvorlagen. Dank des MultiPlate TM -Systems können während des Scannens von Aufsichtsvorlagen bereits Durchsichtsvorlagen zum Scannen vorbereitet werden und umgekehrt. Dadurch läßt sich die Produktivität erheblich steigern.

Dank seiner Bildqualität ist der Arcus 1200 hervorragend für Anwendungen in der Druckvorstufe und grafischen Industrie geeignet. Er basiert auf der CCD-Flachbettscannertechnik (die Abkürzung CCD steht für Charge-Coupled Device bzw. ladungsgekoppelter Baustein). Der Arcus 1200 zeichnet sich durch eine Vielfalt an möglichen Eingabeformaten aus. Aufgrund der CCD-Einheit mit 10.000 Pixelelementen sind beeindruckende Ausgabeformate möglich. Dieser hochpräzise Scanner liefert eine hervorragende Schärfe und Farbtreue.

Dank der flexiblen Scanauflage und des Batch-Diahalterrahmens mit zwei Batch-Diahaltern können Durchsichtsvorlagen gescannt werden. Die Batch-Diahalter ermöglichen Ihnen eine Steigerung der Scanner-Produktivität. Zum leichteren Scannen von dickeren Vorlagen wie z. B. aus Zeitschriften oder Büchern paßt sich die Durchsichtseinheit (TPU) automatisch an die jeweilige Vorlagenstärke an. Falls erforderlich, können Sie die Durchsichtseinheit (TPU) des Arcus 1200 auch ganz abnehmen.

Vorlagen aller Art können gescannt werden. Die Scanner-Software Fotolook sorgt für optimale Ergebnisse. Mit der Farbmanagement-Software ColorTuneT1, wird die Farbtreue über den gesamten Workflow in Druckvorstufe und Druck gewährleistet. Die Bildtiefe beträgt entweder 3 x 14 Bit für Farbvorlagen (verpackt in 3 x 16 Bit oder reduziert auf 3 x 8 Bit), 14 Bit für Graustufenvorlagen (verpackt in 16 Bit oder reduziert auf 8 Bit) oder 1 Bit für Strichvorlagen. Die gescannten Daten werden über SCSI-2 übertragen. Das Betriebssystem an der Arbeitsstation ist entweder Mac OSTM oder WindowsTm.
