Beschreibung
Das von AES Laboratoire hergestellte Gerät APS300 (Automatischer Pourer Stacker), ist ein Automat zur Füllung und Lagerung von Petrieschalen je nach bestellter Version für 90 mm-Schalen (Standardversion) oder für 55 mm-Schalen (Version für kleine Schalen).
Der APS300 hat eine Lagerkapazität von bis zu 320 Schalen für eine Dosiergeschwindigkeit von 750 Schalen pro Stunde bei Dosen von 15 ml je Schale.
Dieses sehr kompakte Gerät besitzt nur ein Karussell mit bis zu 8 Stapeln Petrieschalen . Der Platz für einen Stapel muss immer frei bleiben, um das Umschichten der Schalen zu ermöglichen.
Der APS300 wird von einem Mikroprozessor gesteuert. Es können 40 verschiedene Programme gespeichert werden. Nach dem Programmieren des im Autopreparator hergestellten Mediumvolumens und des geförderten Volumens pro Schale berechnet der APS300 automatisch, wie viele Schalen gefüllt werden können. Während des Betriebs zeigt das Gerät immer an, wie viele Schalen noch gefüllt werden müssen und welches Volumen noch gefördert werden muss.
Technische Beschreibung
Frontansicht und Aufsicht
- Karussell zum Bereitstellen und Sammeln der Schalen.
Das Karussell besteht aus 9 Stapeln.
Es kann mit bis zu 320 Schalen in 8 Stapeln beladen werden, der neunte Stapel muss immer für das Umschichten der Schalen frei bleiben.
- Der Deckel aus Altuglass-Kunststoff .
Der Deckel schützt die Schalen, die sich auf dem Drehkreuz befinden.
- Peristaltische Pumpe.
Die Pumpe sichert die Volumenkonstanz der geförderten Dosen.
- Die LCD-Anzeige.
Alle Betriebs- und Programmierschritte laufen benutzerfreundlich nach dem Frage-Antwort-Prinzip mit Hilfe der Anzeige ab.
- Die alphanumerische Tastatur.
Mit Hilfe dieser schräg angeordneten Tastatur können Sie bis zu 40 Programme erstellen und speichern. Mit Hilfe der Tastatur können Sie auch die auf der Anzeige angezeigten Fragen beantworten.
- Das Drehkreuz für das Umschichten der Schalen.
Das Weiterbewegen der leeren und vollen Schalen wird mit Hilfe des Drehkreuzes durchgeführt, das von einem mechanischen Schrittmotor angetrieben wird.
- Der Förderkolben.
Er drückt die gefüllten Schalen nach oben, wo sie von 2 Vorsprüngen gehalten werden.
- UV-Lampe.
Sie sichert für die offenen Schalen eine sterile Umgebung.
- Ansatz für den Förderschlauch.
Hier wird der Förderschlauch angeschlossen.
