AS 3000 – Variable-volume Injection Autosampler

The AS3000 provides outstanding performance and maximum flexibility in an LC sample processing system. The standard unit offers 120-vial capacity, multiple injection modes, random vial access, re-use of calibra­tion standards, and priority sampling.

Integrated Options

For applications flexibility, the AS1000 can be configured to include an integrated column oven and sample tray temperature control. The AS3000 and AS3500 can be purchased with integrated column oven, sample tray temperature control, or sample preparation accessories.

Column Oven

Provides complete control of the column and injector temperature for increased separation efficiency and reproducibility. Available on AS1000, AS3000, and AS3500 models.

Tray Temperature Control

Tray temperature control stabilizes temperatures, heats and cools samples, and minimizes the effects of ambient temperature fluctuations. The tray temperature control is completely self­contained; there are no external parts, connections, or water baths. Available on AS1000, AS3000, and AS3500 models.

Sample Preparation

Outstanding dilution performance, a unique vortex mixer and vial heater, and a flexible, easy-to-use sample preparation langvage provide unmatched sampling versatility and capabilities. Available on AS3000 and AS3500 models only.

PC-based Control Available

Remote programming is possible with Thermo Electron's chromatography data systems. Atlas` 2003 provides remote Instrument control of the autosamplers, making them pari of a fully integrated, PC-controlled system.

As with most other SpectraSYSTEM components, the AS-series atuosamplers utilize the SN4000 System Controller for communication with the Atlas PC-based chromatography data system.
